Intellectual Property

All elements present on the loniree.com website, including texts, images, photographs, videos, lookbooks, logos, the name and trademark "L'ONIRÉE", as well as original creations, designs, sketches, patterns, models, and evening gowns made in our Parisian workshop, are the exclusive property of MAISON L'ONIRÉE, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS).

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements without the prior written authorization of MAISON L'ONIRÉE is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement within the meaning of articles L.335-2 et seq. (copyright), L.521-1 et seq. (designs and models), and L.716-4 et seq. (trademarks) of the Intellectual Property Code, punishable by civil and criminal penalties.
