Do you offer a custom service?
Yes.
Before confirming your order, please provide your measurements (bust, waist, hips) and your height in the comments or to our customer service. Each piece is individually patterned in our Parisian workshop.
Manufacturing time: 7 to 10 working days.
As custom-made items are created exclusively for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes.
Items that are not custom-made and not limited editions can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, free of perfume, with its original label, and returned in its original packaging. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are covered by L'ONIRÉE.
What to do if a product is damaged upon receipt?
Please contact us within 48 hours.
You can choose from the following options:
• Exchange: we will arrange for courier collection. Upon receipt, a new item will be dispatched to you immediately.
• Return: a refund will be processed according to our procedure, within 10 to 15 business days after receipt of the package.
Your request will be given priority treatment.
Do international orders include customs duties?
We offer free worldwide shipping, excluding duties and taxes.
Customs duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. For an estimate, please write to us anytime at contact@loniree.com, and we will assist you.
