Order Processing

All orders are prepared and shipped within 5 to 7 business days after order confirmation.

This timeframe includes preparation, quality control, and packaging before shipment.

Delivery Times
* Metropolitan France: 2 to 3 business days
* Delivery with Chronopost (France): 1 to 2 business days
* European Union: 5 to 8 business days
* Outside European Union: 7 to 15 business days (depending on customs clearance times)

Mandatory Signature Delivery

All our packages are shipped with mandatory signature upon delivery.
In case of absence, the carrier may offer a new delivery or a pickup point according to their procedures.

Delivery Problems (loss, delay or damage)
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

We will analyze the situation with the carrier and propose a suitable solution as soon as possible (replacement, re-shipment, or other resolution as appropriate).
