GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products offered on the website.

Any order implies the unreserved acceptance of these GTC by the customer.

Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.

We are committed to offering transparent and competitive prices.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Orders
Any order placed on the website constitutes a validation of the products selected by the customer.

To ensure the security of transactions, we may need to verify certain order information.

This step is solely intended to protect the customer against any fraudulent use.

Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order placement.

Order Preparation
Orders are carefully prepared within 5 to 7 business days after payment validation.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

* Chronopost: 1 to 2 business days
* European Union: 5 to 8 business days
* Outside EU: 7 to 15 business days (depending on customs)

All packages are shipped with tracking and signature upon delivery.

Shipping Protection (Customer Commitment)

Thus, we assume the risks associated with transport until the package is successfully received by the customer.

In case of a problem (loss, delay, or damage), the customer is invited to contact us promptly.
We will do everything possible to propose an appropriate solution: replacement, reshipment, or refund.

Right of Withdrawal (30 days)
The customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

Return conditions

Products must be returned:

* In their original condition
* Unused, unworn, and undamaged
* In their complete original packaging

Any product not meeting these conditions may be refused or partially refunded.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are entirely covered by our brand. The customer therefore has no costs to pay for a valid return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted subject to product availability.

In some cases, a refund may be offered in place of an exchange.
